Ingredients for Paneer kaju curry Recipe

  • 62.50 g Cubes paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp cashew (halves)
  • 1/4 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.38 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew nut paste for gravy
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Paneer Kaju Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take oil or butter in a frying pan. Put the paneer cubes and roast them on low flame (make sure it should not be brown). Keep aside. Now put the cashews and roast them until the golden brown Then keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Now again take butter in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, clove,cumin seeds, cinnamon, and sauté on low flame, turns aromatic. Add chopped onion and sauté well until soften. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well until golden brown. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, garam masala, salt and sauté well until the aromatic.Now add tomato puree and mix well.
  • STEP 3.boil it for five minutes. Now you can see oil is leaving the pan sides. Now add Cashew nut paste and mix well. Oil separates. Now add fresh cream and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well, adjust consistency. Now add roasted paneer and cashews and mix well. Simmer for 3 minutes,flavoured absorbed. Now add Kasuri methi and coriander, mix it well.Now Kaju paneer Masala is ready to serve.
