  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
  • STEP 4.Grill the paneer kababs on a preheated grill or in a grill pan until golden brown and slightly charred.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with mint chutney and salad.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to use firm paneer for the kababs to prevent them from breaking while grilling.
