Ingredients for Paneer jalebi Recipe

  • 62.50 Gm Paneer
  • 75 Gm Flour
  • 2.50 Gm Baking powder
  • As Required Water. As per requirement
  • As Required Salt. Pich
  • 125 g Desi ghee
  • As Required Piping bag

Directions: Paneer Jalebi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take all ingredients mix them in a mixer and make a thick ribbon consistency.
  • STEP 2.Heat the pan and ghee for 5 min on midium flam . On the other hand make a sugar syrup for the same.
  • STEP 3.Fill the filling in pipping bag for making shape of jalebi.
  • STEP 4.Fry until it get golden edges. Tranfer your jalebi in sugar syrup for sweet bath.
  • STEP 5.Note , you can serve it hot for better taste
