Ingredients for PANEER HYDERABADI Recipe
- 50 Gms Paneer
- 1/4 Pieces Finely chopped onion
- 3/4 Pieces Garlic cloves
- 1/4 Inch Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder
- 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 Pieces Whole red chilly
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
- 0.06 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.13 Tsp Sugar
- To Taste Salt
- 1/4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Cream
- 1/2 Tbsp Clarified butter
- 1/4 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/4 Pieces Black cardamom
- 1/4 Pieces reen cardamom
- 3/4 Pieces Cloves
- 3/4 Pieces Black pepper
- 1/4 Inch Cinnamon
- 1/4 Pieces Bay leaf
- 1/2 Pieces reen chilly
- 1/4 Tbsp Coriander leaves

How to Make Paneer Hyderabadi Recipe
STEP 01
Heat clarified butter in a pan add chopped onion and saute until transparent,add whole red chilly, ginger and garlic,tomato and saute for 2 - 3 mins now add green chilly and coriander leaves and saute for few seconds and turn off the flame,once cooled to make a paste
STEP 02
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add cumin seeds and whole garam masala to crackle and now add fried tomato and onion paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins
STEP 03
Add coriander powder, and turmeric powder and mix well.
STEP 04
Add cream and mix well
STEP 05
Add garam masala powder salt and sugar and 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
STEP 06
Cut the paneer into cubes and add paneer cubes in the pan and cook for five mins.
STEP 07
Garnish with coriander leaves
