Ingredients for Paneer frankie Recipe

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 1/5 cup Capsicum
  • 1/5 Cups Onion
  • 0.80 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.40 Tsp Garlic Cloves
  • 1/5 Inch Crushed ginger
  • 1/5 Tsp Mixed herb
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/5 Tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 0.40 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/5 Tsp Soya sauce
  • As Required Frankie sheets
  • 1/5 Tsp Rai
  • 1/5 Tsp Oil
  • 0.40 Tbsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/5 As Required Chopped green coriander

Directions: Paneer Frankie Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a pan add oil, rai , Chopped garlic and ginger and mix them together. Now add onion and stir until golden. Then add capsicum and paneer. Now mix them together. Now add the SAUCES. Now add all the spices . Now cook for 10 min. Now take the Frankie's sheets and cook for once from each side.Now apply mayonnaise on it and spread the stuffing. Now roll it and close it and on a pan add 1 tsp butter. Now toast it on the pan.now serve hot.
