Ingredients for Paneer Finger Roll Recipe

  • As required Wheat flour - ½ cup
  • As required All Purpose Flour - ½ cup
  • As required Salt - ½ tsp
  • As required Baking Powder - ½ tsp
  • 3 tbsp Oil -
  • 0-100 nos Paneergm
  • 12 nos Onion -
  • 0-2 nos Carrot
  • As required Capsicum - ¼
  • As required Cabbage½ cup
  • As required Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce -
  • As required Vinegar - ½ tsp

Directions: Paneer Finger Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Mix wheat flour and All Purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix well. Make the dough with the help of some water. Dough should be very soft. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2. Make small balls from the dough. Roll the balls like chapati and cook it on a hot griddle from both sides.
  • STEP 3.3. For filling cut the Paneer in finger shape pieces. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the Paneer. Add some red chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Heat a Pan and cook the Paneer for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.4. Cut the veggies into julien's and Mix it with the remaining marination.
  • STEP 5.5. For assembling put the cabbage leaf on the chapati, put the Paneer and veggies. Roll it tightly.
