Ingredients for Paneer chilly potato cups. Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces big sized boiled potatoes boiled
  • 50 gm Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/4 pieces green capsicum chopped in small
  • 1/4 pieces red capsicum chopped in small
  • 1/4 pieces carrot chopped in small
  • 1/4 pieces onion chopped in small
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilly sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Corn starch
  • as required Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped spring onion
  • as required water

Directions: Paneer Chilly Potato Cups. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil peeled and cut half the potatoes longitudinally. Scoop out the center portion of potatoes to form cup shape. Heat sufficient oil in a pan for frying and fry all scooped potatoes carefully. Fry till golden brown in color from both the sides. Remove from oil and keep it on paper napkin. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped chilly and onion and saute. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till onion gets softened. Add red and green capsicum and carrot. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, red chilly sauce , soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Mix every thing we'll. Add paneer cubes and cook for 1minute.
  • STEP 4.Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add this into the pan to increase the thickness. Remove from heat.
  • STEP 5.Fill this filling in each potatoes cubes. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
