Ingredients for PANEER CHEESE KABAB Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Cottage cheese
  • 0.13 Cup Sattu
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped green chilly
  • 0.13 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 Tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Bread
  • 0.13 Cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Paneer Cheese Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl add cottage cheese/paneer,sattu,green chilly,coriander leaves,garam masala powder amchur powder,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,bread slices,coriander leaves and salt and mix well..
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • STEP 3.Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • STEP 4.Grate the mozzarella cheese and stuff in the cottage cheese balls.
  • STEP 5.Take a bowl mix corn flour and little water and make a thick batter.
  • STEP 6.Dip the kabab into the corn flour batter and coat with sesame seeds
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • STEP 8.Place the kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with ketchup
