Ingredients for Paneer Chaman Recipe

Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon
Ajwain
1/2 tablespoon
Salt
1 tablespoon
Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
2 tablespoon

Directions: Paneer Chaman Recipe

STEP 1.
Slice paneer and onion

STEP 2.
Cut coriander leaves and green chilli
step 3
STEP 3.
Grind and make a paste of green chilli and onion
step 4
STEP 4.
Add some water,mint leaves,coriander leaves and make a paste

Mix well the mint coriander paste in the curd

1.add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.

2.add sliced paneer and fry for 5 mins at medium flame.

3.in the same pot add 1 tbsp oil and grinded onion paste.

4.saute well and cook for 3 mins.

5.now add ginger garlic paste,ajwain and cook for 2 mins at medium flame.

6.then add grinded mint chutney

7.add masala-salt,garam masala,pepper and cook for 2 mins.

8.now add fried paneer,fresh cream,few coriander leaves.

9.and cook for 2 mins .
