Ingredients for Paneer Chaman Recipe

  • 200 gram Paneer
  • 2 No.s Onion
  • 5 No.s Green chilli
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 1 mint leaves handful
  • 100 gram Curd
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ajwain
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cream

  • STEP 1.Slice paneer and onion

  • STEP 2.Cut coriander leaves and green chilli

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grind and make a paste of green chilli and onion

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add some water,mint leaves,coriander leaves and make a paste

step 5

  • STEP 5.Mix well the mint coriander paste in the curd

  • STEP 6.1.add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.

  • STEP 7.2.add sliced paneer and fry for 5 mins at medium flame.

  • STEP 8.3.in the same pot add 1 tbsp oil and grinded onion paste.

step 11

  • STEP 9.4.saute well and cook for 3 mins.

  • STEP 10.5.now add ginger garlic paste,ajwain and cook for 2 mins at medium flame.

step 13

  • STEP 11.6.then add grinded mint chutney

step 14

  • STEP 12.7.add masala-salt,garam masala,pepper and cook for 2 mins.

step 15

  • STEP 13.8.now add fried paneer,fresh cream,few coriander leaves.

  • STEP 14.9.and cook for 2 mins .
