  • 50 gram Paneer, Cubed
  • 1/4 Capsicum, Sliced
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • pinch A Pinch Of Asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Paneer Capsicum Sabzi Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 5.Add capsicum and cook for a few minutes until it becomes slightly tender.
  • STEP 6.Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Storage and Serving

  • This dish is best served hot.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your taste by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • You can also add other vegetables like peas or carrots to the sabzi for more variety.
