  • 1 As Required 1- 250gm
  • 2 g 2- 2 big
  • 3 pieces 3- 3-4 pieces
  • 4 As Required a small piece of adrak

  • 7 As Required Fresh cream
  • 9 As Required 9- khada dhaniya 1 tablespoon
  • 11 As Required Haldi powder
  • As Required Lal mirch powder
  • As Required namak as per your taste
  • 12 As Required Paneer Masala
  • As Required INGREDIENTS FOR MISSI ROTI
  • 1 cup 1 -whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • 2 cup 2- ragi aata 1 cup
  • 3 cup 3 - chana aata 1 cup
  • 6 As Required hin
  • As Required namak and ajwain as per ur taste
  • 4 Tbsp deshi ghee or cooking oil

Directions: Paneer Butter Masala With Missi Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method for paneer sabji -
  • STEP 2.Take a pan put 2 spoon butter , add jeera khada dhaniya , kali mirch adrak and garlic puree in it and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Next step - add grind onion paste and roast till golden brown . After that add namak , lal mirch powder, haldi and tomato puree in it and roast again .
  • STEP 4.After 15 min add fresh cream and butter in it , mix paneer masala ( agar gravey thick lage toh thoda garam pani ya garam milk add kare ). Put triangular shaped cut paneer pieces and take a boil and serve .❤️
  • STEP 5.Method of Missi roti - mix all types of flours in a big size bowl , also mix chopped onion ,Hari mirch , namak , hing , ajwain and 2-3 spoon of cooking oil and make a soft dough with the help of milk or water .
  • STEP 6.Take rest the dough for 10 min.
  • STEP 7.Thoda thoda dough lekar belan ki help se square , round, ya triangle apni choice ki shape mein bele or medium flame par non stick tave par butter lagakar seke❤️.
  • STEP 8.Dono ko sath mein serve kare or family k sath maa k hath ka Ghar ka khana enjoy kare 🙂🙂
