Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 3/4 Pieces Bay leaf
  • A Few black cardamom
  • A Few Green cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3/4 pieces Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 g chopped green chilli
  • 1 pieces Soaked dry red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped capcicum
  • 3/4 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi powder
  • 1/2 tsp Malai
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander

Directions: Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a grinding jar .Put 3 roughly cut tomatoes , green chilli and soaked dry red chili into the jar (to get good colour)
  • STEP 2.Grind everything well.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan on gas, pour oil. Let oil heat up on medium flame. Add some whole spices.Let them crackle and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onion and capcicum and saute until become onion golden.
  • STEP 5.Now add ginger garlic paste into it. Mix well and cook them with onion as well.
  • STEP 6.Now add tomato puree into it which we prepared.
  • STEP 7.Add malai or cream .
  • STEP 8.Cook this Puree until it's released oil. Add salt as per taste.
  • STEP 9.Add all spices into into pan and cook until it releases oil.
  • STEP 10.Gravy is ready,Now add cheese cube.
  • STEP 11.Add garam masala and fine fresh coriander.
  • STEP 12.Instant paneer butter masala is ready now.
