Ingredients for Paneer butter masala Recipe

  • 50 g Paneer
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Cashew
  • 1/4 Tsp spices powder
  • To Taste kasturi metho
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt and sugar
  • 12.50 g Butter

Directions: Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.First u fry the paneer in tawa with butter.take one kadai add litbit oil,add onion, tomato, cashew, ginger garlic together u fry,,it will come brown in colour..make it cool,add with spices powder,, altogether put it in a mixie jar make a paste.then take one kadai add some butter than add this paste, till that raw smell u can cook,than add panner,add a litbit water close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.then add some sugar and kasturi methi.. finally add coriander leaves.. switch of the flame.
