Ingredients for Paneer butter masala Recipe

  • 150 g Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi
  • 5 g Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1.50 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/2 inch Cinemonstick
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1.50 Pieces Oinoi
  • 2.50 g Ginger
  • 3 g Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 g Ghee
  • 5 g Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Besan
  • 5 g Coriander leaves
  • 2 Pieces Tomatos
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions: Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take mixing bowl add garam masala n kashmiri red chilli powder and haldi powder salt n water n give it stir paneer do not break paneer keep aside now take kadhai for greavy in kadhai add oil n then add ghee once oil is hot add cumin seeds clove cinemonstick cardamom n roast all' the spices for 1 mini.Add the onion minced on midi fleme untill they are golden colour halfway through cooking onion add ginger garlic n salt.cook them with until they rare golden .Next add kashmiri red chilli powder dharamsala powder coriander powder cumin powder kasoori methi black pepper powder finally add besan n give a good stir cook for 2 mini on midium fleme .add coriander leaves and cook for one mini add tomato puree and quick stir for midi fleme n cook for 4 mini on midium fleme after 4 mini open lid n cool every thing on fast fleme untill the oil leaves the side the pan in the meantime in a pan add ghee then add paneer toss and warm the paneer .after the cooking masala for 6 minutes add the warm paneer and water. Gently stir paneer n cover the lid n cook foor slow fleme paneer is ready Sprinkle some coriander leaves .Serve paneer masala with hot butter naan or kulcha
