Ingredients for Paneer Bread Roll Recipe

  • 1 cup 1 cup paneer  (g
  • 1/2 Tsp ½ tsp ginger g
  • 1/2 tsp ½ tsp kashmiri redd chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp capscicum
  • 1/4 tsp ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ¼ tsp dry mango powder
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp Green chutney
  • 24 g Butter for roasting

Directions: Paneer Bread Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup grated paneer. 2.Add in 2 tbsp capsicum, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp aamchur, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and ¼ tsp salt. 3.Combine well making sure all the spices are mixed well. 4.Now take bread slice and trim the edges. 5.With the help of rolling pin, roll the bread as thin as possible. 6.Spread ½ tsp of green chutney. 7.Now take a tbsp of prepared paneer stuffing, and roll it into cylindrical shape. 8.Place the paneer stuffing over bread and roll tight. 9.Further, heat a pan with some butter and roast bread roll. 10.Also brush more butter over paneer bread roll and roast all sides. 11.Keep turning, make sure to roast all the sides. finally, serve paneer bread roll with green chutney and tomato sauce.
