STEP 1.Boil water in a pot, add salt,and all the whole masalas
STEP 2.Add washed rice and boil 75%,drain the water and keep aside
STEP 3.Add ghee in a deep pot fry the potatoes till it changes colour, keep aside
STEP 4.Now fry the paneer slightly and keep aside
STEP 5.Add some more ghee and add onions,fry till they get golden brown.keep some of it aside to use later
STEP 6.Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
STEP 7.Add tomatoes and red chilli powder and saute well
STEP 8.Now add the potatoes and paneer,peas mix sugar
STEP 9.Now cover it with the cooked rice
STEP 10.Sprinkle ghee biryani masala and milk soaked with kesar and mitha atter
STEP 11.Step 11
STEP 12.Garnish with fried onion and boiled eggs and cover
STEP 13.Keep on a low flame and cook for another 10-15 minutes
STEP 14.Serve it with raita
