Ingredients for Paneer bhurji Recipe

  • 3 Cups Onion
  • 2 Pieces green chilli
  • 250 g Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Directions: Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly chop the onions and green chilli and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Then crumble or grate the paneer and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now heat oil in pan then add cumin, Asafoetida let cumin spultter.
  • STEP 4.Add onions and green chillis and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add all the masala in it and cook for about 4-5 minutes then add Paneer again cook for 4-5 min on simmer flame.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander serve hot with chapati or naan.
