Ingredients for Paneer Aloo Chana Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups bowl black gram (soaked)
  • 3/4 Pieces Green cardamoms
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1.50 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/4 inch Piece ginger
  • 3/4 Tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/4 gram 1 bowl black gram
  • 1/4 tsp Ground spices
  • 1/2 tsp 2-3 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • as required water
  • 1/4 Cup Black gram
  • 1/4 tsp Ground spices
  • 3/4 tsp Desi Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • as required water

Directions: Paneer Aloo Chana Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, add gram water, cinnamon piece, black cardamom, green cardamom, a little turmeric salt in the cooker and boil the gram until it melts, until the gram is boiling, prepare tomato paste and keep the spices.Now add spices and fry now add potatoes, some coriander leaves. Fry for 1-2 minutes on sim flame, now add water, salt as required. Add crushed kasoori fenugreek and mix and apply 3-4 whistles. Now cook on sim flame for 2 minutes and switch off the gas.Now add mango powder, garam masala and mix it. Add the fried paneer and mix, put in the serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
