0.13 tsp Coriander powder
0.13 tsp pepper powder
0.06 tsp Cumin powder
0.19 tsp Garam masala powder
0.13 cup maida
1/4 cup Bread crumbs

Directions: Paneer Aalu Fingers Recipe
STEP 1.Boil the potatoes and keep aside.
STEP 2.Cut the Paneer into cubes and crush coarsely in a chopper/ grinder.
STEP 3.Chop ginger, green chillies, onion, finely.
STEP 4.Mix together all the chopped ingredients, coarsely powdered Paneer, mashed potatoes, chilli, coriander,pepper powder, cumin powder and Garam Masala with enough salt.
STEP 5.Shape into bite sized fingers or round cutlets.
STEP 6.Dust the fingers with little flour. Mix rest of Maida/ Flour with water to make a semi- thick flowing batter. Dip the Paneer fingers in this batter and roll in bread crumbs. Alternately, you can use Sooji or roasted Semolina for final coating.
STEP 7.Fry in oil till golden brown. Serve them hot with Tomato sauce.
