How to Make Paneer 65 Recipe

STEP 01

Dice the paneer into cubes.

STEP 02

Now take a bowl to add the panners and coat it with - salt as per taste, red paprika (or red chili powder will also work), 1 sprig roughly chopped, 2tsp garlic(you can skip this step if you want), 1tsp ginger-garlic paste.

STEP 03

Before adding the flours, we will mix the ginger-garlic paste with the 4 tbsp of cornflour roughly and also 3tbsp wheat flour.

STEP 04

Coat the masalas well with the paneer cubes and keep tossing them. (make sure the masalas and flour coat the paneer evenly from all sides)

STEP 05

It will ensure the crispy crust of the paneer.

STEP 06

Now we will sprinkle half a lemon juice in the paneer, which will ensure the flavors are enhanced. (2 tbsp of curd will also do the same work.

STEP 07

Now start adding water a little at a time and make a thick batter out of it so that the masalas hold the paneer.

STEP 08

Once the batter is ready keep it to marinate for at least 30mins.

STEP 09

For the takda- slit 3-4 green chilies, chop the dry red chili roughly, chop around 4 tbsp of garlic, and a sprig of curry leaves. Half a capsicum diced and also 1 medium-sized onion.

STEP 10

Take a kadai and pour the right amount of soy oil, preheat the oil on high flame.

STEP 11

Make sure the oil is hot (you can apply your own skills to know if the oil is hot. Take the paneer cubes and start adding them one at a time in the oil.

STEP 12

It may stick to each other but it will be all fine when you take them out. Fry the paneer cubes well and evenly from all sides, it may take about 3-4mins to fry the paneers.

STEP 13

Take them out in a kitchen napkin to soak the excess oil.

STEP 14

For the takda we will be taking a big steel kadai(or any tool which will heat up easy) and heat the kadai.
