Ingredients for Paneer 65 Recipe

  • As required Marinate
  • 300 gram Paneer
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 sprig Curry Leafs
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 3 tablespoon Maida
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • As required Water to coat the paneer
  • As required Oil to deep fry
  • As required Tadka
  • tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Whole Red Chilli
  • 2 Curry Leafs
  • 3-4 Green Chilli slit
  • 4 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/2 Capsicum diced
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 2 tablespoon Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Spring Onion
  • 100 gram Dahi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • pinch Red Food Color

Directions: Paneer 65 Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Dice the paneer into cubes.

  • STEP 2.Now take a bowl to add the panners and coat it with - salt as per taste, red paprika (or red chili powder will also work), 1 sprig roughly chopped, 2tsp garlic(you can skip this step if you want), 1tsp ginger-garlic paste.

  • STEP 3.Before adding the flours, we will mix the ginger-garlic paste with the 4 tbsp of cornflour roughly and also 3tbsp wheat flour.

  • STEP 4.Coat the masalas well with the paneer cubes and keep tossing them. (make sure the masalas and flour coat the paneer evenly from all sides)

  • STEP 5.It will ensure the crispy crust of the paneer.

  • STEP 6.Now we will sprinkle half a lemon juice in the paneer, which will ensure the flavors are enhanced. (2 tbsp of curd will also do the same work.

  • STEP 7.Now start adding water a little at a time and make a thick batter out of it so that the masalas hold the paneer.

  • STEP 8.Once the batter is ready keep it to marinate for at least 30mins.

  • STEP 9.For the takda- slit 3-4 green chilies, chop the dry red chili roughly, chop around 4 tbsp of garlic, and a sprig of curry leaves. Half a capsicum diced and also 1 medium-sized onion.

  • STEP 10.Take a kadai and pour the right amount of soy oil, preheat the oil on high flame.

  • STEP 11.Make sure the oil is hot (you can apply your own skills to know if the oil is hot. Take the paneer cubes and start adding them one at a time in the oil.

  • STEP 12.It may stick to each other but it will be all fine when you take them out. Fry the paneer cubes well and evenly from all sides, it may take about 3-4mins to fry the paneers.

  • STEP 13.Take them out in a kitchen napkin to soak the excess oil.

  • STEP 14.For the takda we will be taking a big steel kadai(or any tool which will heat up easy) and heat the kadai.

  • STEP 15.Add 2tbsp oil, add the green chili, red chili, and curry leaves, also add 4tbsp of chopped garlic.

  • STEP 16.Also, add the diced onion and capsicum and saute them.

  • STEP 17.Keep saute them for a few seconds on a high flame.

  • STEP 18.After that add 2tbsp red chili sauce and mix them as well.

  • STEP 19.Add salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, and now we will add the key ingredient of this dish i.e., yogurt/curd. We will be taking 100gms of curd to add ½ tsp cornflour to it and ½ tsp red color(you can skip this). Mix them well and pour it into the paneer tadka.

  • STEP 20.Keep stirring now and then once the curd has been added. Once it comes to the bubble add the fried paneer chunks, mix it well with the tadka, and turn off the flame.
