  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then, add the marinated pork and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Pour in coconut milk and water. Cover the pan and simmer for about 1-2 hours until the pork is tender and the flavors are well blended.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or Coorgi breads.
