  • 0.08 cup cassava starch
  • 1/50 cup Cornstarch
  • 0.08 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 tablespoon White Granulated Sugar
  • 0.17 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/25 stick unsalted butter
  • 0.08 No.s egg
  • As required Milk

    • STEP 1.1 - preheat the oven at 475 degree f.

    • STEP 2.2 - in a bowl mix cassava starch, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and white sugar.

    • STEP 3.3 - now add eggs, mozzarella cheese, butter and egg to it.

    step 5

    • STEP 4.4 - knead it into a smooth dough.

    step 6

    • STEP 5.5 - form dough balls and place them on a baking sheet.

    step 7

    • STEP 6.6 - bake pandebonos for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
