Ingredients for Panacho Recipe

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 0.17 cup white sugar
  • 0.08 cup washed sugar
  • 0.33 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 0.67 teaspoon dry active yeast
  • 0.33 No.s egg
  • 0.33 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.33 cup bread flour
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Panacho Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. in a bowl take flour, salt, water and yeast, sugar and oil.

  • STEP 1. knead a dough.

step 3

  • STEP 1. cover it and let sit for 30 minutes.

  • STEP 1. slice the onions.

  • STEP 1. divide the dough into 2 parts and brush some oil over it and let it sit for a while.

  • STEP 1. take the prepared dough and spread it on a plate to give it the shape of a pizza base.

  • STEP 1.7 place the cheese cubes on top of the dough and sprinkle pepper and oregano.

  • STEP 2.8 roll flat the other half of the dough and use it to cover the previous one.

  • STEP 1. seal the edges and top it with sliced onions, olive oil, oregano and pepper.

  • STEP 3.6 now add egg and rest of the milk to this and mix well.

  • STEP 4.7 in a bowl take bread mix, sugar and mix well.

  • STEP 5.8 pour the egg mix in the bowl of dry ingredients.

  • STEP 6.9 add a little bit of oil and knead it into a dough until it becomes smooth.

  • STEP 7.10 add some oil, cover it and leave it to rise for 1-2 hours.

  • STEP 8.11 divide the dough into two parts and flatten it with a rolling pin.

  • STEP 9.12 spread the filling in the center and overlap the sides in order to cover the filling.

  • STEP 10.13 cut it into pieces, brush with some egg wash and place it on a baking tray.

step 23

  • STEP 11.14 cook it for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees.
