Ingredients for Pan fried onion momo Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 4 Pieces Chopped onions
  • 2 Pieces Finally chopped green chilli
  • 5 g Cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Pinch chilli powder
  • 1 inch pinch cumin powder
  • 1 inch pinch coriander powder
  • 1 g pinch garam masala powder
  • 1 inch pinch black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • As Required White sesame seeds
  • as required Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon white oil

Directions: Pan Fried Onion Momo Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, lightly fry the onion with oil in it, then add garlic paste, chopped chilli , salt and sugar to taste.
  • STEP 2.Now mix chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, hot spice powder, spread black pepper powder and let it cool down.
  • STEP 3.Now add salt to the flour and mix it with water as required and leave it for 15 minutes. Now you have to cut small lentils. Now take the sand with the help of flour and make it in the shape of momo with onion filling on top.

  • STEP 4.Now put the water hot in the steamer, put a white cloth on top and arrange the momo when the water vapor rises.
  • STEP 5.When the momo is boiled, it should be taken down.
  • STEP 6.In a pan, grate the garlic with butter, white sesame seeds, coriander leaves and boiled momo and spread the black pepper powder.
