  • 555 gram Flour
  • 216 milliliter Water
  • 20 gram Yeast
  • 15 gram Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 70 gram Butter
  • 5 gram mustard
  • 500 gram Ham
  • 16 No.s Olives

Directions: Pan De Jamon Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. in a bowl take some water, sugar and yeast.

  • STEP 1. mix it well and gradually add in the flour, salt, butter, mustard and egg.

step 3

  • STEP 1. knead it into a firm dough.

step 4

  • STEP 1. divide the dough into 2 halves and roll it flat.

step 5

  • STEP 1. place olives and ham on top by leaving 1/4th space on the other end.

step 6

  • STEP 1. make cuts on the end and roll the dough.

step 7

  • STEP 1. place it on the baking tray and cover it with a cotton cloth.

step 8

  • STEP 1. let it rest.

step 9

  • STEP 1.brush the egg wash and pierce holes on the bread.

  • STEP 1. bake it for 30 minutes at 355 degree f.
