  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  • As required Good, thick, sliced bread
  • As required Cured ham or Prosciutto

  • STEP 1.Use a box grater to grate the roma tomatoes and place them into a bowl.

  • STEP 2.Add in all the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
