A mexican recipe of sandwich prepared from filling of mashed potatoes, chilli sauce, chorizo and topped with lettuce, crema mexicana and salsa.

For the filling, heat 2tbsp oil in a pan
Add the chorio and cook for 4mins
Drain the excess fat and return the chorizo to the pan
Add cooked potatoes in the pan and mash until smooth
Set aside until ready to use
For the sauce , to a stock pot add guajillo chilies and 4 cups of water
Boil for 5mins
Discard the water
To a blender add the chilies and water,garlic cloves and salt
Pour sauce in a dish
Cut the telera bread in half
Dunk the bottom in the sauce
In a frying pan, heat oil and add the bread and fry for 1mins
Place in a plate and chorizo on the bottom of the bread
Top with lettuce,crema mexicana and salsa
Serve and enjoy
