A mexican recipe of sandwich prepared from filling of mashed potatoes, chilli sauce, chorizo and topped with lettuce, crema mexicana and salsa.

Ingredients for Pambazo Recipe
- As required For the Filling
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 pound pork chorizo
- 1 potato diced, peeled, and cooked
- As required For the Sauce
- 4 guajillo seeded, deveined, stems removed
- 5 cup Water
- 1/4 white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- As required To Assemble the Sandwich
- 4 telera breads
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
- As required shredded lettuce as desired
- As required crema mexicana as desired
- As required Mexican salsa as desired

How to Make Pambazo Recipe
STEP 01
For the filling, heat 2tbsp oil in a pan
STEP 02
Add the chorio and cook for 4mins
STEP 03
Drain the excess fat and return the chorizo to the pan
STEP 04
Add cooked potatoes in the pan and mash until smooth
STEP 05
Set aside until ready to use
STEP 06
For the sauce , to a stock pot add guajillo chilies and 4 cups of water
STEP 07
Boil for 5mins
STEP 08
Discard the water
STEP 09
To a blender add the chilies and water,garlic cloves and salt
STEP 10
Pour sauce in a dish
STEP 11
Cut the telera bread in half
STEP 12
Dunk the bottom in the sauce
STEP 13
In a frying pan, heat oil and add the bread and fry for 1mins
STEP 14
Place in a plate and chorizo on the bottom of the bread
STEP 15
Top with lettuce,crema mexicana and salsa
STEP 16
Serve and enjoy
