Youd be forgiven for assuming the famous margarita is mexicos most popular cocktail but in fact its the humble paloma that takes the prize. The paloma is one of our favorite all-time drinks its easy to make, delicious, and wonderfully refreshing. We define a paloma as being made with grapefruit soda rather than juice; for a fresh take, search for the paloma fresca instead. Were partial to jarritos for the grapefruit soda, but fresca and squirt are tasty as well.
