Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine the cassava flour, almond flour, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the eggs to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a rope.
  • STEP 4.Cut the ropes into small pieces and press each piece with a fork to create ridges.
  • STEP 5.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface.
  • STEP 6.In a separate pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onions, carrots, and celery and cook until softened.
  • STEP 7.Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, and herbs and spices to the pan. Simmer for 30 minutes.
