  • 3 ounce Cauliflower rice i used frozen
  • 3/4 tablespoon Rice vinegar divided into 2 + 1
  • As required Sea salt
  • 1/4 Large avocado thinly sliced
  • 1/4 English cucumber quartered and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1/4 tablespoon Pickled sushi ginger optional
  • 2 ounce Crab meat imitation crab meat or real chopped or torn
  • 1/4 piece Nori sheet broken into small
  • As required Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  • As required Sriracha mayo see below
  • 0.06 cup Paleo friendly mayonnaise store bought or homemade
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce paleo friendly use as much as you like, to taste
