- 3/4 tablespoon Rice vinegar divided into 2 + 1

- 1/4 Large avocado thinly sliced
- 1/4 English cucumber quartered and sliced
- 1/4 cup Shredded carrots
- 1/4 tablespoon Pickled sushi ginger optional
- 2 ounce Crab meat imitation crab meat or real chopped or torn
- 1/4 piece Nori sheet broken into small
- As required Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- As required Sriracha mayo see below
- 0.06 cup Paleo friendly mayonnaise store bought or homemade
- 1/4 tablespoon Sriracha sauce paleo friendly use as much as you like, to taste
