Ingredients for Palank paneer Recipe

  • 66.67 Gms Spinach
  • 100 Gms Paneer
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 16.67 Gms Chopped ginger
  • 0.33 Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric
  • 0.17 Cup Chopped tomato
  • 0.33 Tsp Cumin seeds-pinch of
  • 0.67 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Fresh dream
  • 0.67 Tsp Ghee
  • 0.33 Cup Water- half

Directions: Palank Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all spinach is boiled for 2 mins. Then cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped ginger , garlic and tomatoes are saute for say 5mins. And then everything is blended altogether. Then, we wll cut the paneer into small square pieces. And they are fried for 2mins.
  • STEP 2.Now we will take some oil in the pan . And addtwo teaspoon of cumin powder, coriander powder, pinch of turmeric and salt to taste. We will add little bit of water as well. We will cook it for few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Then we will add fresh cream. And Then finally we will add the blended spinach and the spices. And cook it for 5minutes.
  • STEP 4.After that we will add the fried paneer and stir it. And cook it for ten minutes.. When the dish is ready. 2teaspoon of ghee is added and the gas is put off. Now the dish is served in serving dish and garnished with onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
