  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cream

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and crushed garlic.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • STEP 4.Add water, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
  • STEP 7.Return the soup to the pan and stir in the cream.
  • STEP 8.Heat the soup until warmed through and serve hot.
