Ingredients for Palak saag Bengali style Recipe

  • 0.13 Pieces Brinjal
  • 1/4 Pieces Sweet potato
  • 1 Pieces flat beans
  • 0.13 Pieces pumkin
  • 1/4 Pieces lentil dumplings
  • 1/2 Pieces green chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp five spices
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 Cups Shredded coconut
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 A Bunch Spinach
  • A Bunch coriander leaves

Directions: Palak Saag Bengali Style Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop all the vegetables and spinach after washing.
  • STEP 2.Now heat oil and fry the lentil dumplings.
  • STEP 3.Pour some oil ,add five spices and green chillies allow a nice aroma to come.
  • STEP 4.Now add the chopped vegetables and fry .
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder saute well,add the chopped spinach and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Now cover for a while till it gets soft.remove the lid add the dumplings and sugar gradually mix.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped coriander leaves , shredded coconut and mix well.It is ready
