  • 1/4 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped

  • STEP 1.Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for a minute and then transfer them to ice-cold water to retain their vibrant green color.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, crumble the paneer and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a blanched spinach leaf and place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center. Roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the rolls until they turn crispy and golden brown from all sides.
  • STEP 5.Remove the toothpicks and serve the Palak Rolls hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
