STEP 1.Blanch palak and grind. Add this to potato and add spices mentioned in ingredients list. Now stuffed this with Paneer mixed with spices. Make balls. Now you can air-dry or roast on tawa or deep fry in oil. I air-dried it.
For curry- soat tomatoes with spices mentioned and grind. Add curd or heavy cream to Gravy.
Add Palak paneer balls to gravy to serve
