Ingredients for Palak Paneer Kofta Curry Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet Palak leaf
  • 50 Gm Paneer
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • To Taste Salt According
  • As Required Green chilli
  • 0.13 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.06 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • To Taste Red chilli powder according
  • 0.13 Tsp Dhaniya powder
  • To Taste Salt According

Directions: Palak Paneer Kofta Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Blanch palak and grind. Add this to potato and add spices mentioned in ingredients list. Now stuffed this with Paneer mixed with spices. Make balls. Now you can air-dry or roast on tawa or deep fry in oil. I air-dried it. For curry- soat tomatoes with spices mentioned and grind. Add curd or heavy cream to Gravy. Add Palak paneer balls to gravy to serve
