  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add crumbled paneer and mix until well combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Heat a paratha on a griddle and apply ghee or oil on both sides. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Place a portion of the palak paneer filling on the paratha and roll it tightly. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
