Ingredients for Palak Paneer Recipe

  • 125 gms palak puree
  • 3.75 Pieces Paneer (CUT IN CUBES)
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Zeera
  • 1/4 Sprig Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Onion paste
  • 0.13 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Malai

Directions: Palak Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil spinach in a pressure cooker and grind it to make palak puree.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer cubes in it until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Remove the paneer cubes and put cumin, when it splutters, add bay leaf.
  • STEP 4.When it starts to crackle add ginger, garlic and onion paste. Cook until it gets pinkish-brown in color.
  • STEP 5.Add salt, garam masala, coriander powder along with red pepper. Stir till well mixed.
  • STEP 6.Now add tomato puree and stir fry over medium heat.
  • STEP 7.Add spinach and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Now add paneer cubes to the mix and turn around a few times to completely mix it with the palak gravy.
  • STEP 9.Pour some malai over, mix well and serve hot.
