Ingredients for PALAK OR DAL KI KACHORI Recipe

  • 87.50 gms Dhuli moong dal / lentils -
  • 125 gms Palak /spinach -
  • 250 gms Wheat flour -
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder -
  • As required Salt - to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil + - for frying

Directions: Palak Or Dal Ki Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut the spinach leaves and blanch it.
  • STEP 2.Soak the moong dal / lentils for an hour and grind coarsely.
  • STEP 3.In a kneading bowl add wheat flour, moong lentil / dal paste,spinach,salt red chilly powder and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  • STEP 5.Take some dough and make into a ball and roll out into a puri size.
  • STEP 6.In a pan heat oil and add the kachori,lower the flame and fry till light brown.
  • STEP 7.Drain in paper napkin.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot.
