  • STEP 1.To make the dosa batter, blend spinach leaves with water to make a smooth puree. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, spinach puree, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 3.Cook the dosa on medium heat until it turns crispy and golden brown. Flip it over and cook the other side as well. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  • STEP 4.Serve the Palak Neer Dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
