How to Make Paksha Bexuk/pork With Dried Chillies Recipe
Boil 250 gms lean and lard pork with 1 tsp salt in water for 30 to 45 minutes. When pork is cooked remove it from the water.
Heat a pan and add the boiled pork to the pan. Since the pork has lard (fat) no oil is added to the pan. Add 7 to 8 dry red chillies and 1 tsp red chilli powder.mix well to combine.
Add water to the level of the pork, add 1 cubed potato, cover and cook till chilies are cooked soft.
At this stage add 1 inch ginger grated. Mix well. Cover and continue to cook till potatoes are almost done.
Then add 1 onion thinly sliced. Cook for another5 minutes and turn off the heat. Paksha bexuk is ready.
