  • STEP 1.To make Pakodi Raita, start by preparing the pakodis. Mix besan (gram flour) with spices, chopped onions, and coriander leaves. Add water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the crispy pakodis to the yogurt mixture and gently mix until they are well coated. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
