Set up a pan. Add oil for frying. Frying would take place on medium flame.
Gently turn the lever of the pakkavada maker so that the dough falls directly into the frying pan.
Toss theme on both sides, until they are golden brown. Take them out in a pan.
In the same pan fry a branch of curry leaves and garnish the crispy hot pakkavada.
