Ingredients for Pakistani Chicken Biryani Recipe

  • 0.33 kilogram Chicken
  • 1/4 kilogram Rice
  • 0.33 Onion medium size
  • As required Ginger Garlic paste
  • 0.17 cup Yogurt
  • 0.33 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.17 Lemon Sliced
  • 0.08 cup Brown Onion
  • 0.17 pinch Edible food color
  • 1/25 cup Milk
  • 0.83 Biryani Essence drops
  • As required Green chilies As per spice taste
  • As required Fresh Coriander chopped
  • As required Mint chopped
  • 0.17 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • As required Whole Garam Masala
  • 1.17-1.33 Cloves
  • 3.33-4.17 Black pepper
  • 0.83-1.33 Green Cardamom
  • 1/2-0.67 Bay leaves
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon

Directions: Pakistani Chicken Biryani Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pan heat some oil and put chopped onions in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add all the masalas and roast them well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Put chicken to the pan and cook at high flame until the chicken changes it

step 4

  • STEP 1.Once chicken gets cooked add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

  • STEP 1.Cook and stir on high heat to get rid of the rawness of the spices. Add curd to this and cook on high flame until yogurt water dries.

  • STEP 1.Now add tomatoes and water.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Cover it with a lid and cook for around 30 minutes.

  • STEP 1.8 in the other pan add 2 litres of water and cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves. Boil the water for 15 minutes.

  • STEP 1.When the water boils add soaked rice to it and cook them until they cook

step 10

  • STEP 1.Add chicken curry, fried onions, yellow food colouring, biryani essence and lemon juice to the boiled rice.

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well and top it with coriander and mint leaves.
