STEP 1.In a pan heat some oil and put chopped onions in it.

STEP 1.8 in the other pan add 2 litres of water and cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves. Boil the water for 15 minutes.

STEP 1.When the water boils add soaked rice to it and cook them until they cook

STEP 1.Add chicken curry, fried onions, yellow food colouring, biryani essence and lemon juice to the boiled rice.

STEP 1.Mix everything well and top it with coriander and mint leaves.
