  • 0.63 Cup Milk
  • 0.38 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.03 Tsp Cardamom powder

  • STEP 1.Boiled milk in a heavy bottom vesseL,once boiled turn off the flame..
  • STEP 2.Add lemon juice and cover the milk,After few mins milk is fully curdled.
  • STEP 3.Strain this milk in a muslin cloth and wash in a fresh water for 2 - 3 mins.hung this paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour.
  • STEP 4.Now we get soft paneer very well,and make a soft and smooth dough
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll each balls between your palms.
  • STEP 6.Roll each balls between your palms.
  • STEP 7.Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness,All the balls are made in the same way.
  • STEP 8.Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp sugar and one tbsp water to carmalize it in a slow flame,turn off the flame,
  • STEP 9.Now we add one cup of sugar ,three cup of water,cardamom powder in this pan and bring to boil
  • STEP 10.Once boiled add paneer balls and cover the lid
  • STEP 11.Simmer the flame for 15 mins then turn off the flame
  • STEP 12.Once cooled,we open the lid.
  • STEP 13.Rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and its size should be double.
  • STEP 14.Serve chilled
