Ingredients for Padak Recipe

  • 1 cup chicken breast
  • 1 cup green onions
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • As required Marinating
  • 1/2 tablespoon wine
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Black pepper
  • As required Chicken batter
  • 0.33 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 No.s Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon korean curry powder

Directions: Padak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Chop all the vegetables. In a bowl take the boneless chicken and add wine, salt, black pepper and minced garlic and mix together. Marinate for 15 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Now mix cornstarch on the chicken,  curry powder and egg white. Mix coat the chicken.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Deep fry the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with some dipping sauce and green onions.
