  • 0.17 tablespoon Fish sauce sub with soy sauce if necessary
  • 0.17 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
  • 0.08 Lime juice
  • 1/2 Eggs large
  • 0.17 tablespoon Avocado oil or coconut oil
  • 2 ounce Package firm tofu cut into small cubes
  • 1.17 ounce Shrimp cooked
  • 0.33 Medium zucchini made into "noodles" using a mandoline, a spiralizer or vegetable peeler
  • 0.17 Large red bell pepper i used 2 medium romeros
  • 0.33 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/25 cup Peanuts unsalted
  • 0.17 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.08 cup Green onion chopped
  • dash Dash of salt
  • As required Cooking spray i use misto
