  • 75 gram Thai rice sticks, 2mm, soaked in cold water overnight or at least 4 hours
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder, 3/4 used for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Shrimp paste in soya oil
  • 2.75 tablespoon Crushed roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 50 gram Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 bunch Small garlic chives, cut into 2cm lengths, washed and dried
