Ingredients for Pad Mee Korat Recipe

  • 4 ounce rice noodles

  • 1.50 tablespoon fermented soybean paste or “tao jiew” or substitute 1 Tbsp Korean doenjang or Japanese miso
  • 2.50 tablespoon 3 tamarind concentrate
  • 1/2 As required 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoon Water
