Ingredients for Pabellon Criollo Recipe

  • 2 cup cooked shredded beef
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 No.s Plantains
  • 2 No.s chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 No.s chopped onion
  • As required Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 ns diced red bell pepper

step 1

  • STEP 1. heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.add in diced bell pepper, tomato puree and shredded beef in it.

step 3

  • STEP 1. mix it all together and season it with some salt.

step 4

  • STEP 1. in another pan heat some olive oil and fry your plantains until they turn golden.

step 5

  • STEP 1. serve the cooked meat, beans, rice and plantains and you are done.
