- 0.40 liter Milk
- 1/5 cup Sugar
- 0.60 Rice handful
- 0.40 tablespoon Ghee
- 0.80 liter Water
- 3 No.s Cashew nuts
- 1/10 teaspoon Cardamom powder

How to Make Paal Payasam Recipe
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 4 litres of water into it. Boil the water.
Once boiled add 2 litres of milk and mix well.
On a low flame continuously stir and boil the mix till it reduce half the quantity
Add washed 3 handfuls of rice into the mix.
Bring to boil in a low flame.
When the mix turns light brown shade, add 1 cup of sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame. Garnish with ½ tsp of cardamom powder and roasted cashews.
